In secondary school education there is a lesson timetable and at Kandinsky College we have two different lesson timetables. One for the junior secondary (onderbouw): classes 1 and 2 and one for the senior secondary (bovenbouw): classes 3 and above. This means that the junior secondary pupils have a break at a different time than the senior secondary pupils. All pupils have 5 minutes time to walk to their next lesson. On Thursdays lessons are 50 minutes long and this is also the case on special occasions like the short lesson afternoon or sometimes during exam weeks. Lastly the school building is open from 7:45 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. except when there are special activities going on.
