Agreement with 18+ pupils

Pupils 18 and over follow the same table of sanctions but instead of reporting for compulsory education the following applies:

  • Written contract signed by pupil, parent and head of department. Agreements are established during a spoken agreement.
  • On failure to comply with the contract, sanctions specified in the contract will apply (e.g. exclusion from activities/events).
  • If after the measure of “suspension” is taken (see table) there is no improvement an extreme measure will be taken: exclusion from all classes (see exam regulations).
