Who are we?

Kandinsky College is a school that is continually developing. We believe in paying attention to both our team of employees as a whole and to the individual. We are a school with great ambition and we place ourselves at the centre of the community. Moreover, we believe in looking beyond the classroom and school building.

What do we offer?

Kandinsky College is a dynamic school which offers ample opportunities for employees to flourish. There are many different areas in which to work and opportunities for personal development, in fact our organisation promotes learning at all levels.

At Kandinsky College you will have the support of your colleagues within the department that you work, and a coach. Your supervisor will be the head of department for the team where, for the most part, you will be teaching.

Full-time teaching staff at Kandinsky College teach twenty-two, sixty minute lessons per week. Teachers perform additional tasks such as coaching pupils or educational development.

What do we look for?

We look for teachers who put their heart and soul into providing our pupils with the best school education that they deserve. As a teacher you possess a wide array of methods to draw on and put professional development high on your agenda. Kandinsky College’s moto is ‘Courage for the future’ (Lef voor Later) and you can find out more about this in the school plan at the bottom of the page, in the appendix. We are curious what you as a teacher can contribute to Kandinsky College’s future plans!
